My Life

Yeh honsla from Dor

Yeh Hosla Kaise Juke,
Yeh Aarzoo Kaise Ruke - 2

Manzil Muskil to kya,
Bundla Sahil to kya,
Tanha Ye Dil to Kya
Ho Hooo

Raah Pe Kante Bikhre agar,
Uspe to phir bhi chalna hi hai,
Saam Chhupale Suraj magar,
Raat ko ek din Dhalana hi hai,

Rut ye tal jayegi,
Himmat rang layegi,
Subha phir aayegi
Hoooo

Yeh Hosla Kaise Juke,
Yeh Aarzoo Kaise Ruke - 2

English translation

I cannot lose courage
I cannot lose desire
I cannot lose courage
I cannot lose desire

So what if the journey is tough?
So what if the horizon is hazy?
So what if I feel lonely?

Even if my paths are laden with thorns,
I must walk.
Even if the evening hides the sun,
The night must concede to the dawn.

Autumn with end,
Spring will paint the garden,
A new day will dawn.

I cannot lose courage
I cannot lose desire
I cannot lose courage
I cannot lose desire

I had lost the mood to blog for sometime. Life seemed so artificial. A week ago, I was feeling so low due to unfortunate events. Unable to achieve inner peace, I was wondering of what was the use of my life. Where am I heading? And what do I need for myself? Will I spend all my life on futile attempts to "move ahead" in life?

I have also learnt to differentiate between friends and family. True love via family bonds(and marriage) has no comparison to friendship. Love which your friends offer can be very deceptive.

With these deep thoughts, I was walking down the slippery road. At that moment one guy slipped and fell in front of me and I offered my hand to lift him up. The smile on his face helped me learn the purpose of my life. True happiness comes when you serve others without any expectations be it your friends or strangers.

The individualistic life of the west is killing the human within me.

I am a bit disappointed with your view about friendship :| How do you think of yourself as a friend ?

However I agree with the helping out part. Better dont help if we expect any thing in return :|

Can't blame you in your thinking...friendship can often times be deceptive and not at all what you ideally hold the relationship to be. I learned that myself, and I too am quite cautious nowadays.

Hope all's well.

Hogi hame jo rahmat,
